hbdd Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the hbdd website accessible at hbdd.io, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services offered therein.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits or free-play amounts credited to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or play placed by a User using real-money Balance or Bonus Funds on any game or betting market offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures conducted by hbdd as required for account security and fraud prevention.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole currency in which Account Balances are held on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Use of the hbdd Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while maintaining an Account on the Platform.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and when placing any Wager.
• You must be legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to access online betting and gaming services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of hbdd or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account suspended or terminated by hbdd for breach of these Terms.

hbdd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by hbdd may result in the suspension of your Account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money betting and gaming services on hbdd, you must register a single Account. The following conditions govern Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate suspension.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. hbdd will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security over your credentials.
• Contact Updates: You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Outdated contact information may affect our ability to communicate important account notices to you.
• KYC Compliance: hbdd may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or as part of routine compliance checks. Required documents may include a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other official identification documents accepted by hbdd.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hbdd Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank, subject to the payment methods available to your Account at any given time.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day and are displayed within the cashier section of your Account.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time, typically within 30 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• hbdd does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the payment provider's availability.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, hbdd may require you to complete KYC verification. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of verification.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• hbdd reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. Processing times during such checks may be extended beyond standard timeframes.
• All withdrawal requests are processed in BDT. hbdd does not offer withdrawals in foreign currencies.

5. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all Wagers placed on the hbdd Platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are set out in the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A Wager is accepted only when confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference number is generated. Incomplete, interrupted, or unconfirmed transactions do not constitute accepted Wagers.
• Manifest Errors: hbdd reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds or under terms that result from a manifest error, including obvious pricing mistakes, data feed errors, or system faults. Winnings derived from manifest errors will not be paid and affected stakes will be returned.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all Wagers and vary by market, game, and betting type. Current limits are displayed at the time of placing each Wager.
• Result Determination: The outcome of all sports betting markets is determined by reference to official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute, hbdd's decision is final.
• Cricket Betting: All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform, which govern market suspension, match abandonment, and reduced-overs matches.
• Live Betting: Live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes and may be suspended at any time without notice. Wagers placed on a suspended market will be voided and stakes returned.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

hbdd offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to Users who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in each promotion, which may include minimum deposit requirements, specific payment method requirements, or geographic restrictions within Bangladesh.
• Each User is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagers on certain game categories (e.g., live casino, progressive jackpots) may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all toward meeting wagering requirements.
• hbdd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel an individual User's bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.
• hbdd's decision regarding bonus eligibility and wagering compliance is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hbdd Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended immediately, their Balance forfeited where legally permissible, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during use of the Platform.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other artificial means to place Wagers, exploit bonuses, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting any technical error, malfunction, or loophole in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupting the integrity of any sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.

8. Responsible Gaming

hbdd is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gaming activity. hbdd enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all products and services.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Users through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session, after which the Platform will prompt you to take a break.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) during which you will be unable to log in or place Wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the hbdd Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, data, game content provided by third-party studios, and the hbdd brand identity — is the property of hbdd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from hbdd.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbdd excludes all liability for:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon, including during periods of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Any loss of data, including Account history, bet records, or personal information, resulting from technical faults or circumstances beyond hbdd's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of expected winnings.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.

11. Termination

hbdd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where hbdd reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You have engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Continued operation of your Account poses a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to hbdd.
• You have failed to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

Upon termination for cause, hbdd may forfeit any Balance held in your Account to the extent permitted by applicable law. Termination for cause does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities accrued prior to termination.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting hbdd support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any pending withdrawals or outstanding obligations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which hbdd operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through hbdd's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts or arbitral body for the resolution of such disputes.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
